Ao Thalane & Kayaking

Wasn’t “Kayaking” an adventurous word ?
Its for this reason that i signed up for half-day of Sea Kayaking. But quite uncertain if i’m strong enough to paddle for so long in the seas and was keeping my fingers crossed that some strong partner in the back should be ok.
On the day when we started from the stunning Ao Thalane, i found that infact even a single kayak is available and my guide literally sang that i will teach you, dont worry. Just a few paddles, he says i’m excellant and rushes forward like a speed boat !!
So, i did the whole kayaking around the calm and tidy seas, karst caves and mangrove forests by myself. Unbelievable. The 3 guides managing the group were all fun and kept us laughing all through the way with their Anaconda and Crocodile tales.
And the group was fantastic ! We were in 9 kayaks and except me all are in pairs and they were doing a quite a cheering whenever i overtake a kayak or even when i lag behind.
Final Conclusion: This is one sport that i will love and for the moment, got swollen thumbs !!
